Class Policies, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions
Programs run by Head To Toe are active and physical programs, children should wear appropriate clothing for physical movement and activity. All classes are held within the safety and convenience of your child’s school, not in a bus or any other type of vehicle.
Class Policies – Makeups/Refunds/Exchanges
- You are welcome to enroll in class at any time–rates shown on our website are prorated.
- In the case of missed lessons due to instructor cancellation, we will schedule a make up lesson. For weather related closings, we will make all attempts to make up missed lessons and material.
- Refunds are determined and approved on a case by case basis, however if our class is not a good fit for your child we will always refund the unused balance. If your child will not attend class or doesn’t like it, we will attempt to bring them for 2-3 weeks to acclimate, if they do not acclimate we will issue a credit for the unused classes. This will be done in the form of a credit for future classes, or refund to the original payment method. A $10 administrative fee is deducted from the refund amount.
- All requests for cancellation or exchanges must be made in writing via email to Head To Toe. Requests made via phone, text message, or other channels must be followed up via email.
- Merchandise returns or exchanges, a photo of the item is required for the request to be processed.
- Photos are taken during class and are posted on our password protected parent portal, for families of your particular center, and are not for public use.
- We process requests as quickly as possible, please allow up to 14 days for processing.
Waiver
By participating in our programs you understand that there are certain risks of injury and you are willing to assume these risks. You confirm that your child is capable of participating and that he/she is in good physical condition. You waive, release, and hold harmless Head To Toe, its principals, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from any and all liability or injury that can be incurred by participating in the programs.
Privacy
We take your privacy very seriously. Photos taken and distributed via email or digital photo frame in your center are used only for the families of that particular center, unless full photo/video release is given. Parent Portal is a password protected page where photos of your child and their classmates, and class information is posted. To request removal of any photos or material please contact us. We request that you do not copy or share any of this material without prior consent from Head To Toe. We will not publicly use any photos without having record of release. We do not share any personal information with 3rd parties under any circumstance.
By enrolling and checking out on our website, you agree to the terms and conditions listed above. Classes and merchandise may not be purchased on our website without agreeing to the terms and conditions.
